She is from Bhadrak, Odisha. Its been around three years and the idea was brought into action during covid era. Their products don't use onion and garlic. The motto is to add Ayurvedic values into pickles hence the name Avalehya. Currently, all of the workforce is women-centric. The products include small pouches of pickles which are sold in Rs.1 to premium glass bottles which are sold on Flipkart and their website. They are planning to bring juices, chutneys and more flavors of pickles in the next quarter. The new flavors include starfruit, applewood, etc.
